What you're buying

A single payment gives you an invitation website on a subdomain of invitationrsvp.com, tools to manage your guest list, and RSVP collection, for 12 months from the date of purchase. Premium additionally allows you to use a domain you own, run more than one event, and send reminder emails.

After 12 months your site stops being visible to guests. Your data is not deleted — you can restore the site by paying for a further period.

Your account

Sign-in is by a one-time link sent to your email address. Keep access to that mailbox secure: anyone who can read it can sign in as you.

Your content, and your guests

You own what you upload — your names, photographs, wording, and your guest list. You give us permission to store and display it for the purpose of running your invitation, and for no other purpose. We do not sell it, and we do not email your guests except when you ask us to.

You are responsible for having a proper basis to give us your guests' details, and for the accuracy of what you upload. Please don't upload anyone else's data you have no reason to hold.

What you may not do

• Use the service to send unsolicited bulk email.
• Upload unlawful material, or material you have no right to use.
• Impersonate someone else, or set up a site in their name.
• Attempt to access another customer's site, guest list or replies.

We may suspend a site that breaks these rules. Where we can, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.

Availability

We work hard to keep invitations online, particularly around the day itself, but we don't promise uninterrupted service. We are not able to guarantee that every guest's email reaches their inbox — spam filters are outside anyone's control, which is why every guest also has a link you can send them yourself.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund before you publish your invitation. The full position is on our refunds page, which forms part of these terms.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for a guest failing to receive or read an email.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you while your site is live, we'll email you about it rather than quietly changing the page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Malaysia.
